Sent to the Workplace

One of the common concerns we encounter in ministry is the divide people feel exists between their service of God and their life in the workplace. When it comes to worship we don't see a sacred/secular divide taught in scripture, since all we do presents opportunities to live for the Glory of God.

The problem is that believers do not necessarily know what that really could look like in their given sphere of work. What we need is a biblical world view of how to bring the gospel to bear into each specific realm.

With this in mind we aim to hold a variety of events to help meet this need. In November 2009 we held the first of these events for those working in Education. You can listen to talks from that event on our media player. In April 2010 we are hosting the second day, see more below.

We are delighted to have David Misselbrook, Dean of the Royal Society of Medicine, speaking at this day.

Good coffee and danish's are provided. Bring your own lunch. More info regarding the sessions and workshops will be released nearer the event.
